International patient management protocol
All International patients should be provided contact with the Customer Experience Executive/ Public Relations Officer (Ext 4021 or email pro@medicalassociatestt.info)
Customer Experience Executive (CEE) will liaise with the patient and reach out to the relevant specialist to ascertain if Medical Associates Hospital can accept the patient and arrange a transfer. Once the lead Consultant accepts the patients, CEE will liaise with the billings team to provide an estimate or quotation to the patient or their family
If the patient accepts the proposed quotation and care the relevant consultant arrangements are made by our team to have them admitted at Medical Associates Hospital. All relevant personnel will be informed.
On discharge, if the patient is returning to their home country, a Fit to Fly certificate must be issued with all other relevant documents.

After going through your case, our International Care Centre will connect with you either through mail or Zoom/Microsoft Teams. Only after our doctor’s opinion, the approximate cost for the treatment and your proposed stay at our hospital shall be calculated and our International Patient Care Centre will share it with you.
